Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days. Originals may require additional handling time to ensure proper packaging.
U.S. Shipping
All originals and framed works ship via insured carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority). Flat-rate shipping applies to unframed prints.
International Orders
International customers are welcome and shipping costs vary by destination. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Please contact me at hellostudiostories@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote.
Packaging
- Originals are shipped securely with reinforced packaging and insurance.
- Prints ship flat in protective mailers (small/medium) or rolled in tubes (larger sizes).
- Framed prints include corner protectors, padding, and insured shipping.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery if you have issues with your order.
Terms of Service
By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following:
- All artwork, prints, and digital products are the intellectual property of Emily Carter and may not be reproduced without permission.
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Payments are securely processed through Squarespace and its payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
- Colors may vary slightly depending on screen calibration and printing process.
- I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. Information collected during checkout (name, address, payment details) is used only to process and deliver your order. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. Payments are processed securely via Squarespace’s payment providers. If you opt into my newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Care Instructions
Originals and prints should be displayed away from direct sunlight and humidity. To clean, please dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
